LAST CALL for agenda items!! If you have an item for the October 31 meeting agenda, it must be received by 5pm on Friday October 9th. Please email to woodlandharborpittsburg@gmail.com. Items must be on agenda to be voted on.

GOOD NEWS!! We are extending our goodwill offer to waive ALL accrued late fees if you pay your balance by October 15! That's an extra week to help owners get their dues paid for 2026 and be eligible to vote at the meeting on October 31. Remember we will be voting on two board positions and updated bylaws!

We will be voting on an updated version of the Bylaws and CCR's. Please review the proposed updates posted below. The current bylaws and CCR's were copied and pasted word for word (with the exception of things not pertaining to WH any longer) There have been a few new ones added and elaboration on the ones we currently have. We will be going over these at the meeting prior to the vote.

There will be TWO open board positions available at the October 31 meeting. Secretary and Treasurer. Members interested in serving on the board are invited to complete the BOARD CANDIDATE APPLICATION (below). Applications will be reviewed for eligibility then presented to the members for a vote. This morning we began a repair and update of the pier and walkway. A generous anonymous donor provided a large portion of the funds. Total repair cost will be calculated and posted at completion. In the mean time please use caution while using the pier and boat ramp area.

EDIT: The fish fry turned out great! Thanks to everyone who came!!

Michael (president) is planning a Community Fish Fry for Saturday September 26th at 11 AM. It will be held at the community building. He will be frying fish caught right here on Bob Sandlin. Everyone is welcome. Sides and fixings, tea and water will be served. If you would like to bring a dessert that would be great! We look forward to meeting and visiting with everyone.
